This place has a little bit of everything: a magical children's book store and reading area, a card and stationary shop section, a traditional bookstore (mostly gift-type books in my opinion) like coffee table books or very boutique, aesthetically-pleasing books, and there's a coffee shop with pastries inside too. The male owner yells at kids to "shut up," and makes fun of them for not knowing the answer to a question. He will also tell kids to go ask the specific kid the question just to demean them. Also, NO sensitivity when it comes to special needs children. An incident occurred where therapists were coming to teach a special needs child twice a week and were told by the male owner that they would have to "rent a room because they take up too much space", which was an unoccupied room that the owners said could be used, apparently they changed their mind. There are 40+ kids ranging from 4-16 with only two adult supervisors. Totally unprofessional and no place for kids!

There are varying levels of obstacles and zip lines on every course. Our favorite course was the zip line course, as it goes the highest into the trees and has the most speed for the thrill seekers :) The workers were helpful when needed, but mostly hands off otherwise. Because of the cool lock and safety system, it's really impossible to mess it up (unless you just totally don't clip in at all) and so easy to use and slide along from obstacle to obstacle. (see pics) We stayed for about 3 hours and enjoyed every bit of it!
