My first visit was amazing. I had asked for a brow wax and tint and the person I sat with pointed…read moreout I didn't have much to wax, which is true. So on her suggestion we only did a tint and they just tweezed the strays that were sticking out. So it was still a clean job and the tint looked amazing. My second visit just now, by far the worst experience ever. I went ahead and just asked for the tint this time with the understanding that I'm paying the job's worth. However the person I sat with did such a bad job- it reiterated my core belief that you can't just let anybody touch your brows because, trash. To start, before we did anything, I asked if we could still clean the strays around the edges and she said "yes I saw that. I could even tweeze and trim the group of strays I that's growing up on that one side"- which I appreciated, because that's the story of my life. The end result? Trash. The tint was uneven and the trim she did was crooked, barely tweezed, strays everywhere and she only "cleaned" one brow (parentheses because it was still TRASH). I kindly pointed out and asked about the strays that were practically tap dancing the edges and why only ONE brow was attempted on. she puffed (lol YES you did, DO NOT say you didn't. Just.. don't) and she said "well you would need to get the wax" and I replied "????... but.. that's.. what I asked you in the beginning (and I repeated her exact words from before)" and she said.. "oh well I meant only trim the bunch on this brow"--Which was crooked af. Not once did even brush to check if the one edge she "cleaned" aligned at all. At check out: The receptionist: "how was it?" Me: "hmm.." Receptionist: "Oh I get it. It sometimes takes my 5 times before I like something" Me: .... ? "No the first time was amazing, way better..." Indifferent receptionist that no longer cares and is now fully focused on collecting payment: "are we paying with card?" Miss, WHY TF DID YOU ASK? Lol you clearly didn't care, nor wanted to hear it. So.. why.. ask. It's a beautiful Saturday and will not let this train wreck experience win. I quietly paid- no tip. And I'm now at another salon contemplating how to fix my brows because I travel tomorrow. But you know what, let me go pick up a good blade and tweezers, because. My first experience was warm, friendly, and i left looking amazingggg. This second visit, while it's clear there was a misunderstanding (no trip, it happens) their job was so bad and everything else after that--I could tell she just wanted to finish the job and get rid of me. I showed no attitude, remained respectful. I did not feel welcomed at all and the results matched the feeling. She said she wasn't a morning person, so if you still choose to come here, maybe try the afternoon??? Never again for me.
