When you step into this shop that's been around for over twenty years, you might be a bit surprised…read moreto see the old porcelain items and gift ware, the old casio and Seiko watches or the old jewellery that line the shelves, most of which seem like they're out of the 90s, but these are the items that make this store special. The fact that you have to ring the bell outside in order to enter and once you're in you have a group of elderly ladies and men chatting in the back of the shop, makes you feel like this is what's missing in most department stores, that homely feel where you know the person running the store isn't too concerned about selling you the newest ipod or about getting you in and out so they can serve the next customer as quick as possible. I usually go into this every couple of years for a replacement battery, that they usually charge about $8 for, but I also looking at the other items like the silver and gold digital casio watches, that are now becoming retro. The only difference is here the prices haven't been hiked up just cause they're in fashion.

Opal fields is a jewellery store in the Sydney Internatinal Airport which require you to own Opium Fields in order to buy their jewelry. Prices start from $300 and go up to about $50,000. So they're trying to attract a certain clientele... Here's the thing about Opal Fields - I've frequented Paspaleys, Louis Vuitton and other high end stores as a paying customer who appreciates fine goods...but my experience walking into your store was REVOLTING. The woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Although there was only one person in the store. She was rude and talking really loudly into the phone. She has no idea nor cared to know whether or not I was wanting to buying anything. When you are selling high priced quality jewellery your high end clientele expect a high end experience... I've had better service walking into Supre than this store. As for your jewellery my mom taught me " if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"...
