This Pandora is located in El Corte Ingles mall which is basically a mall. Looks more like a flea market with high end stores. The stores are not closed off, it's just a wide open space. If you're a Pandora lover like me, you have to make a stop while traveling to get that exclusive state/country charm. I patiently waited my turn because it was very busy, but it was a very long wait. Pandora salespersons give special attention to each and every customer. I've spent hours in a store. I did not understand why there was only one person working. I've never seen that, no matter how small the store was. Once it was my turn, she was very nice and polite. She also kept the correct order in which people were waiting so I cut her some slack. The only things was that she didn't speak any English at all. I said "Charms? Solamente en España?" She said Ahhhh and got right to work showing me Spain's exclusive charms. Thank you Pandora!
