Not once did a member of staff ask was everything okay, and when we were paying I said it was disgusting and we got ignored. I have emailed with no reply, also left a trip advisor review to which their reply was defensive and not addressing how truly poor the restaurant and the food is. The restaurant itself looks old, there is rubbish in the front of things used to try block entry ways so you can't see how neglected it truly is.
