There were a line of cars in front of me at the drive-thru and I noticed they seem to be complaining about their receipt. When it's my turn at the window , I also noticed my receipt is wrong. The server Bricyenda (server on the receipt) rang up 10 extra dollars then what was quoted at the speaker and what was on the screen. She rang extra items I didn't order, nor received. I eat here every now and then since it's close to my house and I feel it's too often that something is negative about my experience. There's always a long wait in the drive through when nobody is in the store, it's also very annoying when you tell them your order and say that is everything and then they push you to order more like a drink or side. If I wanted that I would have ordered it. Maybe they need to hire new employees or just more in general. I like Panda Express for a quick Americanized Chinese lunch. This location looked clean, the employees were pleasant, it's location is nice and convenient in Lincoln, and the food tasted good. We got different entrees and rice and it all was tasty. It would usually make the return to list. But, after we finished eating and sitting in the comfy bank of half booth/ half tables section of the restaurant we were about to leave and saw a roach!. As luck would have it, it was turned over and trying to stay alive but was struggling. So we supposed they have pest control and it had a bite/sniff of something but their pest control was not enough! We immediately lost our appetite but it was too late for us. My family has been eating at this Panda Express since 2013 with minimal issues besides longer wait times periodically. The last two times we have went through the drive thru we have waited over 25 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of us. Further, BOTH times, we had entrees missing. I didn't think of PE as a place where I had to check my bag before I drive away, but I will in the future, if I decide to return. ALWAYS check your food when going through the drive thru--especially when they are about to close. I just ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The woman repeated the order twice so I know she heard my order. When I get home, I get teriyaki chicken and another type of chicken. Where's my orange chicken? I have a feeling that since they're closing, they're trying to get rid of things. They know people won't go thru the hassle of opening the bag to check the food so of course they got away with giving me their leftover chicken that they couldn't sell. I just ate at this Panda Express and wish that I didn't. I will never return. I ordered chicken teriyaki and walnut shrimp. The chicken was the last in the pan and looked like it was two days old. The shrimp was dry and hard. The staff seemed to be rude and not friendly, having a good time as they continued to laugh out load the whole time I was there. Someone dropped pans at least three times and the staff all laughed. I then had to wait for my order after it was already served. Don't know why. I was then told if I wanted to eat there I had to eat outside as there was only 4 available tables out of 20 for dining in. One was occupied by a couple and their 2 children, one was a single male, one was an elderly couple. The other was occupied by an employee eating their lunch. It was only 105 degrees outside. While I was eating another employee ate their dinner on a table clearly marked not available for dining. Before I left, the manager used the same table to do their paper work. I really like the Panda Express at Thunder Valley Casino and would recommend to travel the extra distance to get a fresh meal and much better service. I wish I would have taken pictures. read more

TERRIBLE! Waited 15 minutes for chow mein. When it was finished, employees just stood there. I had to ask for my order to be completed. No one else waiting for food so it should of been very obvious. I was the only person in line. Portion sizes were very small. Person at register (Juan) had NO IDEA what to do. He did not know how to work the register. I had to ask for a bag for my food (to go order). No fortune cookie. I asked for manager but they never appeared. Called when I got home and was informed there is no manager working. Ok, I am going to cheat as this review is over 3 visits. I love the food; however, someone needs to take charge of this locations. On visit one, I ordered in the drive-thru. The rice in my two item meal was balls of rice that seemed to be in the cooker awhile, and the Mtn Dew was just water with lime flavor in it. On visit two, I asked for chow mein in my to go container, the put white rice in the box. On visit three, they left out one item on my two item meal. I went to the manager on the third visit and he informed me that he would replace the missing item. However; they replaced it with the wrong item. I wrote to corporate about the issue and received no response to date. The food can be good when they are making it fresh when there is a crowd of people. Unsanitary and unorganized because of the fact they are supposed to put certain food items in certain bags just like other Panda Express restaurants I go too but this restaurant throws all food items in styrofoam entree and then sends you on your way with your potstickers and chow mein mixed... The food here is good, but sometimes they do not have the most popular items ready which can be frustrating, especially if you are in the drive through and they don't tell you it is going to take seven minutes extra for your food to be ready when you order it and instead make you wonder why you are sitting there waiting. The drive through can be excruciatingly slow. The customer service is usually good but occasionally you will get a worker who is not very friendly and barely acknowledges you. Most of the times that my family has dined in there are a few dirty tables and I rarely have seen any one cleaning the dirty tables while we were eating. read more
