So, it's not just the hardened white rice, and the imbalanced portions with more than an hour until closing (I ordered at 8:45p).., it's that the fine in experience is flawed when working staff, on a break so still in uniform, TALK on their cell phones without headsets, and watch TikTok at full volume. It was unpleasant to say the least. One plus, saving from a one star: spotless bathroom. read more

The absolute worst experience ever, the manager was playing around joking with the other employees no food was ready I had to wait for orange chicken and Beijing beef stay far away from this place the food that was ready looked like it had been sitting there all day. read more

They are doing one order at a time in the drive thru I sat for over 10 minutes just waiting to be waited on at the speaker why they dealt with one car all the way down at the main window. This is ridiculous. It's supposed to be fast food not slow food. read more

The service I received was unprofessional and rude, ordered a kids meal through the drive thru, and after I asking what sides I could choose from the girl on speaker said to me can't you read the menu ,after pulling up to window since I wasn't attended correctly the manager Angel did not even ask me what the issue was before or even after he gave my food, my daughter and I will never go there again. Please train your employees to respect the guest! read more

We received the wrong order. Not sure if that is on UBER or this location. We actually received more boxes so it covered what we wanted, but it was not our order for sure. No communication with management over the mix up so we just ate what we got. The chow mien was not very good nor were any of the rices. The beef and orange chicken were average. Not impressed by the spring rolls or rangoons. I would not eat here again. read more

I gave a bad review a while back. I'm back but this time with a good review. I am happy that the food has improved so much. Thank you!

Rice wasn't thoroughly cooked at all. That said it was hard rice. Honestly very disappointing. Food was mediocre. Service was also mediocre. If you're thinking bout it. Don't. Save yourself the disappointment. read more

The bad reviews for this location must be from people who have never worked in the service industry, much less fast food. Be patient with staff. Everyone is short staffed everywhere. The employees here were constantly hustling to crank out food in the kitchen. If they are temporarily out of a menu item, instead of getting annoyed or frustrated, just ask them the anticipated time of the item being ready. All of my food was fresh and hot. The line was long on a Saturday night. Both inside and the drive through. What else would you expect for a Saturday night in the middle of summer? I ordered a family pack for the first time. For $32 you get 2 large sides and 3 large entrees. As well as several fortune cookies. Upon arriving home, I did notice that my entrees were incorrect. A little inconvenient, yes; but not worth a 1 star review and mislead future customers. read more

Bad customer service experience. Music too loud. Food fine. Not coming back. Ridiculous.

Panda Express - Honey sesame chicken and fried rice - Chinese Near Me - Davenport, Florida

I love Panda Express This location just opened and it was awesome Two weeks in to it. but after that, the place has gone downhill. First they are always out of food like they are not keeping up with the rush. Also the service is like thick melazas, is like the run out of the energy the store had at the beginning. If the company don't play more attention, they are going to end up like the Popeyes next door to them! read more

It's just opened today on 12/4/2021 and they are already rocking and rolling! Employees are friendly and helpful. Food was hot and fresh. Can't wait to come back! read more

Panda Express - Orange Chicken, Noodles, Wontons, Spring-rolls, and Beijing beef - Chinese Near Me - Davenport, Florida

I've been coming to Panda for over 10 years! I never leave a bad review. Hope this one serve its purpose. I got there at 5:30 on a Saturday. The young lady that made my plate for me was extremely dull, didn't even take the time to place the food on its plate. I was soo unpleased, I forgot my Drink, neither did she ask if I wanted one. I'm super upset that this panda has poor customers service and it's the closest to my house. It's my kids and I favorite place to eat at. It was the younger lady. Not the manager. The manager is great. read more

Panda Express - Sloppy service! I've been coming to panda for over 10 years. This is the worse location. - Chinese Near Me - Davenport, Florida

If I could give zero stars I would. Thought we got here early enough according to closing time but we were wrong. They were completely shut down and cleaning the place. I could see if it was closer to closing time but it wasn't. Won't be back to this location read more

I would give it -3 stars to this pandas express. Worst place in terms of customer service. They sell half the actual serving for whatever you order. Make you wait and are out right rude. I will never come back to this place. read more

I ordered takeout from here. When it arrived there was more cabbage than noodles in my Chow Mein and the noodles that were in there tasted rancid and old. So terrible. Won't be eating from this location again. read more

It's so sad I was very excited to have this panda express in my neighborhood. Every time I go there they are constantly out of menu items now it's at the point that I'll never go back. I just went through the drive-through it's 9 PM they close at 10 and they were out of pretty much all their protein. Now I know it's kind of busy there throughout the day but there's times I've come there at 4 PM and they were out of menu items. I'm not sure Who is managing the store but if they worked for me they would no longer have a job. I'm giving one star because when I do have a menu item it's very consistent with depend Xpress flavor. read more

Well I wish I had read the reviews before going in. The staff is poorly trained and don't know how to talk with customers. No one said anything about the up charge. The food was cold, rice was dry and hard. Only eat about 1/4 of the plate. For $30+ you would think the food would be good Oh well live and learn, you got my money once, never again. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would worst customer service. manager was awful would not refund our money when our plates had been sitting there for 30 minutes said we had to go through corporate. Avoid this place at all cost read more

They stated it was too late to make more teriyaki chicken an hour before closing time. There was a huge flying beetle/ bee looking big in the restaurant. The workers was playing in the back smacking each other with empty boxes. This place is hit or miss and usually it's a miss. Closest Panda to us so we just deal with it but we eat here less than we would if it was run properly. Most of the time the food is over or under cooked. Crunchy rice/egg over cooked. I've had under cooked orange chicken more than once. Cheese rangoon is usually over cooked. They used to have lines out past the parking lot that took 30-40 minutes to get through until people figured out it was the norm and stopped coming. That's good for us because it takes less time now but I'm nervous they're going to go out of business. read more

I've ate at a lot of Panda Express restaurants across Florida and even out of state. This is legitimately the worst Panda Express location. I always have a bad experience when I visit, sad reality because I loved the idea of having a Panda Express so close to home. A while back I even witnessed two employees arguing back and forth because there wasn't any communication as the other employees laughed and instigated. Very unprofessional, that's besides constantly having to wait over an hour for my order. Another thing, orange chicken is the most famous menu item they have and every time I come they're out of it, you would think that something that popular would always be available. I really do hope they fix the issues. As for now I cannot recommend this location. read more

Literally the WORST panda express EVER!!!! Staffs are very inconsiderate. Went drive through one time, ordered Lo Mein and when we got home the staff just put cabbage with no noodles/lo mein in it. So beware!! Check your food before you go!! read more

Let me start by saying, I had to reheat my food when I got home and live 3 minutes away from this establishment. The MOD, Jean, was working and offered to fix everything even though I went through the drive thru. The girls working that night (2/15/24) were unbelievably rude and unfortunately Jean couldn't give me their names to leave on this review. When I asked questions about what I was ordering, through the drive thru, they had no answer and I could hear them laughing while I was still ordering. I asked for extra soy sauce and they said to ask at the window when I got my food but it took "10-15 mins" and saw them take it from the same tins they use the whole night while I was sitting there after they asked me to move towards the front door to "wait" for my order. When I finally got whatever was left there and asked one of the girls if they put extra soy sauce, she dismissed me and ran back into the restaurant laughing still. I came in to ask for extra soy sauce because, after checking the bag, there wasn't any extra, one of the kitchen guys was nice enough to hand me some since none of the girls working would acknowledge me or the customers waiting. I went and put it back in the car and went back in to voice my concerns and I luckily saw Jean and he at least listened and offered to fix it or give coupon... I didn't need nor want a coupon but they for sure need to get their staff together. Meanwhile, while I'm talking to jean, all the girls working were busy listening to what I was saying instead of taking care of the customers that were in there waiting. This was at 9:30, when they close at 10:30 apparently. Needless to say, I definitely won't be back and hope something happens for them to be better or for there to be any other place there. I can't believe how rude those girls were, it's disheartening. read more

It has been a regular occurrence that they can only take cash at the drive-thru. Very inconvenient. Apparently the point of sale terminals for dine-in work ok. So you have to go inside if you don't have cash. Apparently, it is too inconvenient for them to walk over to another terminal for a drive-thru credit transaction. Since I've had this experience several times, I wonder if they are even trying to remedy this situation. read more

Worst food ever. Threw it away. We were not told about up charge on plate. When we got home the sauce for rangoons was all over everything in the bag as the lid hadn't been put on tight. First and last visit. read more

So on November 22nd, 2022, I visited the Panda Express on Hwy 27 in Davenport, FL. I have always had the best of experiences at Panda Express (not this one) until this particular evening. I arrived at 8:30pm in time before the store closes at 9pm. I waited in line to place my order after the couple in front of me and my wife ordered. My wife got the last of the Beijing Beef and I asked the girl behind the counter for the same. This was at 8:40pm. I was then told that they would not cook any more and the kitchen was closed. Those were her words and not mine. I was amazed and just walked out and decided to call to talk to the manager. I was told be the lady on the phone that there was no manager present at the time and she was the person in charge. When I mentioned that I came in and asked for my order she proceeded to tell me that their policy is to make to order if they are out after a certain. This infuriated me as it was quite evident that there was no communication between the staff at this store or even worse they didn't want to do it as they just wanted to close up and go home. But in the end I had one person saying one thing and another something completely different. I've never known such poor communication from a Panda Express and wonder how long this has been going on. I usually eat at Panda Express for lunch when this would not be an issue. If I had been told this by the person serving up front then I would have stayed and ordered my dinner but because of poor communication and leadership, it was not to be. All I can say is unbelievably poor customer service and communication. I'm so glad the Winter Haven , FL store is nothing like this one. I think this stores management need to get to grips with what is going on internally. I sent a message to the main Panda Express Facebook site and got an apology from them explaining that this is not their policy but have not heard anything back from the store itself. I would not recommend this particular restaurant until they communicate better!!! read more

Girl at the window was sassy/rude. Her name's Chyanne. The way she was responding at the speaker was in a rude manner.

I would leave zero stars if I could....Service is EXTREMELY Bad...Will NEVER go back. The employees as well as Manager are very rude and treat customers horrible!!!. read more

The attitude of the associates were awful. Extremely rude and slow as can be. You can just tell they don't care. To top it all off I finally paid, walked to my car and then the cashier was knocking on my window. She said my card didn't go through. So I had to walk back inside and the pin pad said "waiting for cashier" so I said to her "so is this a you problem or mine?" She said she didn't know. Another complete waste of time having to go in for something she didn't do on her end. Also, as I was waiting in line I saw them scrape the remains of the noddles which was just basically cabbage and put it in the container for the customer in the drive through. Extremely disappointing. read more

Employees all have terrible attitudes. One started taking our order then walked away in the middle of it, without even saying excuse me for a second please. From one manager to another someone needs to step back and watch the employees you have here. 1 star is being extremely nice. read more
