He even took the time to call me the day after I dropped our girl off just to let me know she was on her way to the cremation service, which provided so much peace of mind. Remarkably, he had her ashes back to us by the very next day. What touched us most was the pickup process. They didn't just hand her over like a transaction or a 'take-out order.' Instead, Tony invited us into a quiet meeting room, brought Luna to us with grace, and sat and talked with us for a while. That small act of humanity turned a very dark, sad situation into something peaceful. As if their kindness wasn't enough, they even have a resident 'comfort dog' of their own who can attend services to help people through their grief. It's clear that Tony and the rest of the team truly understand the bond between humans and their animals.
