The payment process was unacceptable. We were asked to go to the counter and pay a total amount named by the waitress. When we asked for a breakdown, she listed the prices of each item verbally, which added up to less than the total she quoted. We asked for a printed bill (with the full order details), and were told we could only receive it after paying. After we paid and received the bill, we saw we had been overcharged--amounts did not match what we ordered, the menu prices, or what the waitress told us at the table. When we raised this at the counter, the staff member responded with hostility and made no effort to apologize or correct the mistake. Overall - an unpleasant and not recommended experience. Food prices on the menu are fair for an airport, but wine and beer prices are excessive.

The restaurant itself is pretty clean, and on the wall you can see autographs of celebrities -- even a famous soccer player (I think the Brazilian star Ronaldo?). You can definitely tell this place is well-known. That said, I do find it a bit pricey. One panini costs about 15 euros, and we asked the chef to cut it in half so the two of us could share. The ingredients definitely seem high quality, but as tourists, our palates might not be refined enough to appreciate all the subtle flavors. To me, it just tasted a bit salty, probably because of the ham (I think it was prosciutto crudo?). Overall, I'd say it's worth a try if you're curious or want to experience a place with a bit of fame, but just know that it's on the pricey side.
