This location is 9.5/10. Very clean. Looks like they just opened. Two workers were very pleasant. Friendly staff recommended the lunch special. It did not disappoint. Probably one of the pizza's I've had in the past 5 years. Great value. Highly recommend this location. read more

This was my first time getting a pizza from Panago. WOW!! The Veggie Korma pizza was FABULOUS. Although I'm not usually a fan of pineapple on pizza, everything they had on it worked PERFECTLY. The flavours were fresh, balanced and absolutely sublime. I can't say enough about how great this pizza was. We also got the Ultimate Canadian, and it was quite good with a generous amount of back bacon, but it's the Veggie Korma that has me hooked. I know I will go back for more. The servings are not really big. We had 2 very hungry adults, and we're glad we ordered two pizzas (we had leftovers). One large pizza would not have been quite enough for us tonight. read more

So this was the first order I placed with them. I'm vegetarian and wanted a treat, they offer beyond meat crumble which was awesome! The pizza was picture perfect and delicious ! Giving my experience with Panago doesn't even warrant one star. After being told I was out of the delivery range by a supervisor, I asked what that meant and she could not answer me, instead brushing me off. She "offered" me to come in and pick it up. Great offer for someone who is calling for delivery. I asked if she was suggesting that it was ok for Panago to lose two customers due to this "service". Then got hung up on. Been a long time customer. Will never call again. read more

If you are looking for great quality pizza in Burlington, Panago is the best! They offer a ton of pizzas on the menu along with wings, salads and breadsticks. I would recommend the Grilled Veggie and Goat Cheese Pizza. read more

horrible! it looked so nice, thought it was a REAL ITALIAN pizza, not at all, they are not interested in having customers, we have tried the downtown location once that was bad too but wanted to give 'em a second chance wasted nearly 30 bucks and remained hungry 1. no cutlery NO NAPKINS, ABSOLUTELY NO NAPKINS at all, even a public washroom has tissues available for free, I had to beg for a plastic bag too,since it's a take away only they should know plastic bag is a basic item can't they afford 5 cents? NO CUPS to drink from!!! i bought an awful organic juice for 4 dollars and had to drink it from the 1 litre carton box, they gave me a straw but the straw was too short so fell inside the carton... 2, BAD SERVICE the employee was bored not listening to the order, asked for italian tomato sauce base but got disgusting spicy mustard! what a retard! when we complained she did not seem to apologize ''oh i thought you wanted the montreal sauce'' well i clearly told her italian base... Used to be a regular at this location, after several mess ups , the owner accused me of being too picky. I now take my business to a further location, where I haven't had a single complaint in over a year and a half. If the boss is around , food is great. If he isn't, other staff just doesn't know how to make proper pizza read more
