I had my hair done by two other stylists. I'm really picky about my hair and I just felt as though they couldn't get it quite right. Especially my bangs... they are "whispy"... not full! I always seem to have a difficult time conveying what that means. I've noticed that the owner of the salon has gotten much friendlier since my first review, and the salon continues to carry good products and make excellent lattes! The girl who did her hair literally made my mom's hair blonde. That was not what she was looking for. Now yes they could have had a problem communicating what she was looking for. Either way as a former hair stylist if a client isn't happy with the end result your stylist will fix your hair to what they are looking for. It can be the next day if wanted. Since I was going the next day my mom was told to come in with me. While we were there I didn't quite pick up on what kind of child like game they were playing but I then started to pick up on it. They were talking to each other about how long it should be before you allow a client to have their hair fixed when they're not happy with the outcome. The people were not consistent with their personalities or were they honest. They handled the situation without professionalism. This salon had a negative vibe after this occurred. We then called to get our next appointment and the conversation was strange. I called right back to cancel and sure enough from the tone and attitude that was received we never went back. This review is a bit late, but I got several services from her last year, and they were wonderful. The product lines she used were great on my skin, too, which can be very sensitive, and the professional attention she gave me were well worth the visits. I wish I could have made it back to her, but my work caused me to relocate. She was awesome!!! The store itself was never welcoming to me, although I wanted to spend money in it. I tried many times, but walked out without having much service. Cashiers are not welcoming either.
