It's only when they require payment that they are interested in calling you back. They do not have a reliable or easy payment interface and the office attendant who answers the phone is argumentative. They also tack on miscellaneous charges without explaining upfront . I am so glad I did! She was very pleasant during our phone conversation and seemed pretty knowledgeable. I brought my two doggies in for the works today and the place was nice and clean. She had some kennels for safe keeping while they waited their turns. They seemed to be at ease when I came back to pick them up. They look and smell great! I've found our new groomer!

All fine and good but didn't help prevent the mess that was about to be made. On a whim, I called Jan's and explained the situation. Unbeknownst to me, Jan and her lovely daughter Jamie, have a thriving business and were completely booked. But after a brief chat, Jan made a colossal, humanitarian effort to work me in.
