My wife normally had to go to Mercy Hospital to get her CT scan for the cancer center. Now there is this one on the corner of 7 Mile and Northland Drive. They are also listed as urgent care and my wife was able to get her blood lab work done here today as well. Not sure what else they may offer here, but it is well received by me.

We were seen recently at the relocated urgent care (Plainfield and Fuller NE) and we not satisfied. Today, 10/17/22, we were at the "Rockford" location for a blood draw. First of all, when we arrived and checked in, we were admonished for not having an appointment even though the website clearly states that walk-ins are welcome. The blood draw area was very small, cramped and cluttered. The processing area was right in the same area where blood is drawn with many patient specimens in view - a possible HIPAA violation. It took three tries for the staff to obtain one tube of blood from my husband, who is not ordinarily a difficult draw. The first phlebotomist, Emily, was clearly inexperienced and not confident. In my husband's words she did a lot of "fishing around" without success before asking a second person, (who apparently concealed her name badge so we could not see it) for assistance. This second person examined his other arm and appeared confident, but after also "fishing" and not obtaining any blood, she turned him over to "her boss" Brittany and blamed the failure on my husband's "rolling veins." Brittany did successfully complete the venipuncture and apologized for the "extra pokes." Her technique, however, was not optimal. Needless to say, we will not return there for any blood work.

They do their job with great quality and truly care about their patients. During only two appointments, the dentist was able to fill all 6 of my teeth, and I am very satisfied with the result. Everything was done carefully, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I especially want to thank Irina, the dental assistant. She did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning, was very kind and attentive, and always tried to accommodate my needs. It is very nice to meet people who not only do their job well but also make patients feel comfortable and cared for. I also appreciate how quickly they helped my husband when he had a toothache. They were able to see him promptly and help him with the problem. I highly recommend this dental clinic! Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent care.

I have been SO HAPPY with the care I am receiving at i'move! I went to an orthopedic doctor for pretty severe knee pain from a running injury. Once they ruled out fractures or tears they recommended me to i'move for treatment. A few years ago my husband was also referred here after having ACL and meniscus surgery on his knee. He worked with Mike, and thought it was really helpful and went very well. For my treatment I've been working with Colin. He is so nice, and professional, and I really appreciate that he remembers the conversations we have. Not all care providers actually listen or take the time to remember what their patients/clients/customers talk about. On top of that, my knee is exponentially better! It's been hard work, and I have been putting the work in at home as well, but I'm still amazed at how much better my knee is. I really appreciate the plan being tailored to me. When I haven't had time to put in the work at home, or if I had a set back, we adjust the plan as needed. I haven't graduated yet, but have make great progress, and I would absolutely recommend them!

Trinity recently took over Murcy health and I do not know what is going on exactly, but they are…read morelow on providers. This urgent care has not had a provider for over a week now. No one answers calls besides the front desk who just answers to tell people that this urgent care is closed. Their notations are next to nothing to nothing at all so good luck checking your my chart for info and the front desk is not allowed to see more than the surface, you have to call a nurse to be able to see a little more. So basically, in general, Trinity Health is going down hard. I suggest you find a stable provider with Spectrum or somewhere else more stable because God forbid you have an urgent issue and you're with Trinity. I've never felt this alone with my child's care.

We found wait times to be manageable, however, they have an awesome option to check in ahead of time. I schedule your arrival time and once you arrive, you are at the top of the wait list. SUPER handy if you are able to plan ahead. They also have a TV that shows you the wait time and your place in line, this is very helpful. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and have great bedside manner. (Esp with a sick toddler or infant). After ever visit, our prescriptions were called in quickly so that we didn't have to wait long at the pharmacy for them - very helpful. The facilities are clean and inviting (or as inviting as a medical building can be). The weighting area has many different seating options, as well as a coffee and tea station. We will continue to visit this Urgent care (or lab) if we ever are in need.

He was a good listener and helped me find what I was looking for. Personable and professional. The inner sanctum was clean, light, and welcoming.
