I have medical training and medical degrees!!! She made an appt but put it in Shadyside where I can't get to, then scheduled it at Mercy on the 30th when it sounded like she said the 13th and I can't do the 30th. I went on the app and cancelled in disgust!!! Do better, UPMC.
