I started on my journey with him in March of 2020. My teeth were an absolute mess! Super crooked and crowded. After having some work done before the braces like gum grafting and 4 teeth pulled, the real work of fixing my crazy teeth began. After many, many appointments, adjustments, relocating of brackets and, replacing of wires, I finally found my smile. I would have rarely smiled with my teeth in the past, but now I smile all the time! It took 37 months of Dr Freeman's talent and skills to bring me a truly amazing smile. I am so grateful for that! I highly recommend going to Dr Freeman if you have ever wanted to have an amazing smile and to feel better about yourself. Thank you very much for all of your great work!

I did have to do a new patient paper work thingy (not bad at all). I did not have my insurance card and they still did the whole check up, very cool. All three ladies up front were super nice. Waiting room is a good size. Did not have to worry about being crowded as there was only one guy in there. Btw I really like the location, tucked away off of 41. Miss Potter helped me to the room and did my first test thing where she used a wand to take pictures of all my teeth and ended up with a cool mold of my teeth on the screen. She was very nice and personable. Then the dr came in and even more laughes began. He was funny, witty, intelligent, and thorough. Dr freeman even used a ruler to measure teeth, overbite, etc. Found out I have a little tongue tied issue! Never knew that before, might get that snipped in the future. Made my first appointment to take scans and was promptly ushered into a room and given a contract with several highlighted statements requiring my initials. One of the statements was providing blanket consent to 'slenderize' teeth (aka file them down to nubbins.) I said that I did not want that as a part of my treatment plan and was told it was 'required.' I would say that 100% of people that have never had invisalign are unaware that 'slenderizing' is filing your teeth down; a permanent process that can and has gone wrong for some- resulting in teeth that can be uneven, as well as irreparably damaging the tooth's essential protective enamel. Additionally, many patients come to the dentist/orthodontist with either or both anxiety disorders or previous dental trauma and to not only fail to educate patients on the process, but to also provide no problem-solving alternate approaches, and to not offer any anxiety medication management for a supposed 'required' procedure, indicates a doctor that is insensitive to the care of his patients and also implies a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to his methodology.

We had some concerns about one of his teeth and wanted to get it checked out with a pediatric dentist. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were met with smiles and warmth. The person at the front desk knew our names, was kind, and so welcoming! We were promptly led to an exam room that had plush toys, play dentist toys, and regular toys. Instead of a chair they have a large sitting bed that you can comfortably sit on with your little one. The hygienist, Kat, was amazing with our son! She brushed his teeth and made sure it was an amazing experience for both of us! Dr. Natalie came in promptly after and did a thorough exam and was so non-judgmental, kind, friendly, and patient! Our little guy was calm, relaxed, and she took the time to play pretend and brush the toy teeth with him! Honestly, I struggle brushing my one year old's teeth at home. However, Priscilla was able to brush her teeth with ease. She didn't whine or cry during the entire process. Priscilla let her play with the mirror and the toothbrush. When Dr. Vik came into the op, my daughter was a little unsure about him. He talked to her and sang as he did her examination. It's absolutely AMAZING what the staff does. I've never been to an office that is anything like this one. At the end of the appointment, they let her get a prize. The girls can even make balloon animals. BALLOON ANIMALS! My daughter was definitely happy at Paso Pediatric Dental. So happy, she didn't want to leave.
