I've heard the dim sum should be great but I was here for the roasted duck, one of my favorites off all times. I did try one of the rice rolls with beef which came steaming hot and was okay, I missed a bit more spices in it.
About the duck, it did remind me of the Cantonese duck I've eaten back in Macao and Hong Kong and it had the gorgeous sauce. Also some nice vegetables were waiting under it, glazed in that beauty of a sauce.
The skin was crispy, the pieces that had fat did taste gorgeous but the drumsticks were a bit dry. Well, in the end I've enjoyed it so much as I cannot travel to Macao in these covid times.
Speaking of covid, the measures against it are very good, wearing a mask until the table is mandatory. The waiters all wear them and they disinfect the tables after using.
Did I mention the tea is superb and helps well with the digestion afterwards?
