Shawarma was extremely delicious, so much flavor in the meat, so much food, good combination of meat, fries, and vegetables (although I could've done with more veggies). Also really liked the sauces as they were bold and added flavor to the meal but didn't cover it. The lahmacun was extremely bad - they microwaved it so when it came out, it was so hot that I couldn't eat it, then hardened into stone so much so that I could no longer eat it. It was really ridiculous to be served that, they should really remove it from the menu. I would give the lahmacun 2 stars, shawarma 5 stars. Food came out to be €9.50 which is fair for the amount of food, but never get the lahmacun. Never.

The prices (cash only) were excellent (6€ for the pictured Schwarma Teller), especially for a meal as filling as mine. Counter service was friendly, and while the food didn't come immediately, the outdoor seating area provided a great shaded place to people watch on Eisenbahnstraße.

This contributed a lot to feel welcome and reflects perfectly what I was expecting of an evening in an oriental ambience. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The large sitting area in the top floor is very cozy with all those pillows and those lovely small oriental tables. (For me a bonus: The different board games that can be found there.) Shadys has a manifold menue that offers a lot of exotic dishes for different tastes and curious gourmets. The list of beverages is extensive, too. I'm sure - I will visit this place again.
