This was a great spot to make after touring the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory. We tried the almond flour cake which is a must order! We also bought the orchard apples, maple onion hot sauce, and chili and cheese bread. Staff were so nice here. They offered a chopping board and bread knife so we could cut the bread and apples and enjoy outside in the sun. We also walked around the cafe/shop to the back to check out the brown cows! They were so friendly. Our kids adored Nelson, the farm cat!

Highly recommend to stop in to support this family farm !

They have a little of everything maple -- syrup, candies, jams, gifts -- and it's the kind of shop where you end up finding something for yourself and something to bring home. But the real highlight? The "creamies." Hands down some of the best I've ever had. The swirl of blackberry and maple was absolutely perfect -- sweet, tangy, and creamy in all the right ways. It's the kind of treat that makes you wish summer in Vermont would last forever. Whether you're a maple lover or just passing through, the Vermont Maple Outlet is worth the stop. Their syrup tastes absolutely delicious and far better than anything that we can get locally, even from gourmet retail stores. We've been ordering from Sugartree Maple Farm for several years now and the customer service is excellent and orders are always received promptly. I love the fact that my husband (who was raised on Log Cabin - shudder) and my family have become such huge fans of this syrup and really understand now the difference in taste and quality. In addition to the usual brunch foods, I also use it in savory cooking like roasted squash and braised pork loin, where the real maple flavor always shines through. So pleased that this small business provides such high quality product. Thanks Sugartree Maple Farm!
