My headaches slowly subsided and now, instead of having a headache in day or two, i have one in a month or two, which is incredible achievement. It has been over 5 years that I have been treated by Fiona, go there regularly as it helps to maintain my headaches at bay, I have a better posture and dealt with long term knee pain thanks to the excercises I have been given. Anytime a problem pops up, i make sure I discuss it with Fiona to see if there is anything that can be done through stretching and excersising.
