Update 11/18/25. Well they LOST the monument. Sonia has yet to return my call and yesterday she had…read moreher subordinate call me because she was "too busy" to tell me what happened with the monument. She had him tell me that the monument was lost. I understand that the company that was doing the refurbish is at fault as it was lost in transit, however had she done her job and followed up on October 14 when it was supposed to arrive, we would not be finding out this information five weeks later. I was told that the company that was completing the restoration will replace the monument. I can only wait now to see how long it will take. As for Mr. Salas and his first reply that I should email him with my mode of communication. Well, I called him twice before his reply and three times after and he too has yet to return my call. It is beyond comprehension as to WHY these managers (Sonia & Mr Sola) have people taking messages for them when they don't respond to them. Are they looking at my messages and crumbling it up and throwing it in the garbage can? Yesterday I left a message for Mr. Salas before hearing this horrible news, if he is a good manager with a wee bit of integrity, which I have not seen it yet, he will return my call.

My family goes often to the cemetery to remember my grandmother and her legacy. We had a pink casket for my grandmother that had roses on it, thanks to the employee that helped us select it.

They were kind, helpful and gave her lots of advice regarding charlatans that may try to take her for a ride. The services were beautiful and well organized. They offer amazing services, like taking pictures of the flowers sent and numbering the cards so that we won't lose who sent what. Just little things here and there that made it easier. Kreidler's is definitely the place to go when you need those services.

John was instrumental in working through every difficult situation that arose with this complex endeavor. He even personally escorted the body all the way up to the San Antonio airport and made sure that all of the paperwork was in order. On top of it all, their prices were very reasonable, and the Kreidler's were very generous in allowing us to delay payments until my dad's life insurance benefit came in which took almost two months after the services were rendered. The chapel at the Kreidler funeral home was perfect for the intimate service we had for my dad, and John even carried another podium himself at the request from my mom. They went above and beyond ensuring that mom and I were taken care of during this difficult time, and they made sure that we made wise financial decisions from the casket all the way to the airplane tickets. In the end, they easily saved us thousands of dollars had we gone with another funeral home. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, old-fashioned customer service, and reliability that the Kreidler's came through with in our time of commotion and grief. I highly recommend their services.
