They have security. Pool is nice. The park is small and crappy but safe. The clubhouse is clean and large and host holiday events and personel partys. She told him to lie about the fact that his father would not be living there to the other park residents and gave him a contract that he signed his fathers name to fully aware his father was not on the property to sign. I have had a great experience living here because I follow the rules, which alot of people don't. Because of that and not taking accountability for their own actions living here on property which we do not own has consequences. The current Park management (Bertha Avalos) has been nothing less than a huge asset to this park & how it is maintained. It's a lot of work & takes time to manage every aspect to what her job entails. She is always very patient, helpful and available to me when I go to the office. She offers advice & guidance with any issues I need assistance with. I am very pleased that she transitioned with the new Park owners. They made the right choice in retaining her because she actually cares about the park and the residents who live here.
