I told him that was fine and he said 3pm, 2 hrs later I called after not seeing him he said oh I forgot I'll be there in a half hr. As he was working on a house down the street from mine..... 2 more hrs passed and he didn't show. I text him and called the next day left message that I understood he was busy but would like a response, 3 days later I get a text quoting me 4 times the amount he told my wife. I responded that he could keep my business if he came down in price as I wasn't happy with his professionalism and again no response. Guess he doesn't care about his customers....

Buck Raith, one of the owners, came to our house and talked about what would be done in detail. We talked about materials, style, support, everything we could think of and more. Buck gave us an estimate and references. After looking at some of their work, we were impressed and decided to go with them. Surprisingly, we did not have to make any down payment or deposit. We were told we didn't pay until we were satisfied with the work. Work began on schedule. The deconstruction took longer than expected, which did not surprise me. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the workmanship throughout. We changed the railings and were only charged the difference in the cost of the materials. We are extremely satisfied with the result. It was better than we hoped for. The deck is beautiful and is exactly what we wanted, and at the price we agreed to at the beginning. If you need a deck built, or need any other work done on your house, I would say look no further. You can't go wrong. I would be happy to give a personal reference.

Took our money and didnt get all the materials. Deck is warped and falling apart. Had father do most of the work and father said he never built a composite deck before and you can tell it. Didnt add enough stringers under boards so you cant walk on deck. Had another contractor come out and they have to tear it completely down and start over. Deck from hell. Dont hire p&v handyman service llc.
