Today the three of us shared a quinoa salad, a ham and guyere cheese sandwich on a baguette, and a pasta salad. It was all delicious and fresh. The only down side is the small spot and how crowded it is at lunch time, but that is minor. Leave room for a Pure Bar for dessert. We had the strawberry, rhubard, vanilla and it was a wonderful treat on a hot day.

Salads, wraps, sandwiches are all made daily and the variety and nutritional value won't leave you disappointed for choosing the cheaper option lunch venue over the expensive restaurants nearby. I had an interesting cabbage, walnut, sultana, egg and tomato ceasar salad which was delicious for about $8. I couldn't have made it better myself and it was so fresh it was as good as eating a meal dished up on a plate. You can also buy take away coffees, pastries, ice cream and a few other cake goodies. I found it handy (especially give the size of this kiosk) that they also stocked sunscreen, beach towels and newspapers. Makes it easy for mum and dad when we forget the important things (like the Saturday paper of course!).

Or envy the huge aging box encompassing even more choice cuts! and when the cold bites and/or the basket fills, exit the cold room for other non chilled products! hoofs, hearts, liver, pet mince, tongue? the frozen section will amaze! they also have cheeses, cured meats, sauces and other produce. as for the meats you buy, a full range of bbq paraphernalia will get you ready immediately for a cook off! once ready to check out, the quick moving line will get you out the door in no time. just grab cardboard boxes, if you need, for your bountiful loot and don't forget to return that jacket you took when you entered! it was definitely nice to meat you!

The interior is clean with white tile floorings and white plywood furnishings as if to humbly let the sweets and the flowers take centre stage. The menu comprises of floral influenced sweets and drinks. I opted for the very instagrammable looking Terrarium, a white chocolate globe filled with passion fruit and finger lime pannacotta, brown butter soil and edible flowers. It's an incredibly delicate dessert that taste as good as it looks. I enjoyed it with a pot of Le Vie En Rose Tea which perfectly complements the dessert. The Summer Rose Pav, with earl grey tea meringue, rose chantily cream, fresh strawberries, freeze dried raspberries, candied orange and lemon balm was vibrant and light. Their brownie was rich with generous amount of walnuts in the brownie. I washed all these down with Watermelon and Earl Grey Ice Tea which was refreshing and as elegant as their cakes. I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience. The space is limited but the wait for the table is worth it. Warning: you will want to eat every cake in here, they're that pretty!

You can still the little kitchen where they bake the treats. Lovely lady operating the place. I purchased the terrarium which was a dessert version of the plant terrarium callebaut 29.5% white chocolate "glass" with passion fruit lime pannacotta at the bottom, chocolate cocoa nip "dirt", lemon balm and edible flowers. It was delicious. They had plenty of other options, in particular, a "snickers/twix bar style dessert", juices and coffees. Check out their instagram for further pics of their offerings. A little hard to find (near the domain parking entrance), and more what I would call Darlinghurst (than wooloomooloo as listed in their address). Very artistically cool
