This place was clean and very friendly .. that being said I came in to tan before my trip to Italy. Lilly convinced me to pay for 30 days because she said it would be cheaper than paying for 4 or 5 sessions. I used the stand up tanning booth maybe 5 times total. 30 DAYS LATER I see a reoccurring charge on my credit card for $64.77. I immediately came in when I saw the charge .. Lilly told me she could not refund me the money because I did not cancel my membership. I feel like I just got scammed out of $64.77. Honestly this is soo ridiculous. 5 sessions ended up costing $135! BEWARE. Are they that hard up for money? It's not like I was trying to pull one over on them. Refund my money! read more

Come in last night for a spray tan for a photoshoot today. First time coming to a Palm Beach Tan. The girls working were young and has zero knowledge about the colors. I asked them, "well what do you suggest?" And both were silent for a minute and then said what colors they use. Which doesn't help still. Neither of them could give any information that could help me select so I went with medium. I paid and after that she realized she forgot to mention add ons so she lists all the color add ons which is a ridiculous amount of different colors and no context behind any of them and what they do. So I literally picked a name I liked and went with that. ‍ Although I've been spray tanning for years, it would have been nice if the girl who walked me back to the room would have given a little talk about pep talk about everything like how to stand for this machine, where things are located etc. Theres info on the wall but it would be nice to come from an employee. I get in the booth and start the machine. I get blasted with color in my stomach and notice the machine barely goes down far enough to get your shins. It's a 2 step spray so you face forward, spray and then turn around. I could feel that the sides of my arms were barely sprayed as well. I went to bed hoping that when I woke up the color would be even and I was just freaking out but NOPE. My shins are still white and my hands are orange. Lovely! After reading the reviews I already know I'm going to get a copy and paste message from whoever telling me to email someone else. read more

Unlimited spray tan membership price is very affordable, however the spray tan solution is extremely orange when it develops if you don't pay to add bronzer. Bronzer is $5 and change, and if you're spraying every day/every other day it definitely adds up. Especially with someone like myself who needs to double up on bronzer to eliminate orange undertones completely. I end up spending around $11 every other day which at the end of the month ends up being around $165/mo in bronzer alone, not including my $67 membership fee. They also run out of the Amethyst bronzer (cool brown/violet undertone bronzer) frequently - I assume due to their solution turning customers orange. I ended up having to freeze my membership to go back to Bodyheat. It's a shame they don't offer a membership add-on for unlimited bronzer because I would definitely keep my membership. Came here on 2/14/2019, I was interested In getting a tan and seeing member pricing, The pricing is decent but of course that state tanning tax is crazy. The young man that was helping me was super sweet took his time to show me all the tanning beds that have to offer and what each level membership comes with, I decided on just doing a one time level 3 tan for 15 minutes for $28 total with tax, the memberships are worth it especially because you can cancel anytime or freeze the membership, but since we live In Las Vegas the sun should be here shortly I just don't wanna arrive at the pool party a little off color haha, I would definitely suggest this location the young man made my experience amazing. I already left a lengthy positive review on PB on rainbow and 215. Although this location is smaller it's usually my go to being that it's closer to where I grocery shop and target. I know the staff a bit better here. Erika is the best, she is extremely knowledgeable on the lotions and beds! Went in person in the state where I was on a couple months business trip and they said I had to go to my "home store." Pretty average tanning salon. However, the lotions are way overpriced. Front desk employee was nice but very confusing on where we were with our account. My wife and I decided to cancel the membership for the summer months. A couple of weeks later I get another round of charges for the month of June which we had no intention on doing. The salon manager said that that employee had quit and left some other messes like this. But she didn't have the authority to reverse my monthly charges. I've been coming to this salon for many years now. Always signed up for level 3 beds and I've recently realized and noticed that level two beds are better!! I have more bronze & color now tanning 15 mins only 2 times. All the hype is for sales. Prices are good. About the same for other salons also.. $39.95 for unlimited monthly for level 2.. Way better than $59.95 for level 3.. Lotion prices are extremely high! Getting a lower price lotion that best fits for you is a better bargain.. Don't worry bout paying $100 plus for tanning lotion for better results. I've tried a lot of different ones. It's not worth the money Big turnover in staff.. I try not to go to this location because every time I go and spray at night the booth is always wet and dripping. I usually try to go to the warm springs and rainbow location because I never have a problem here but instead I went to this location because it's closer to my house and again I was so unhappy. The booth was wet and dripping in the mystic when I went to spray and it messed up my spray tan. From now I'm just going to stick to the warm springs and rainbow location. Admittedly, I have only tanned at a couple of places in Las Vegas (darque tan, tan factory and Palm Beach). A few years ago, I used to frequent a different location of Palm Beach but gave up tanning. My mom owns a tanning salon in my hometown, so it was tough to break up with my tanning bed. If you are reading this, then chances are you have none of the hang-ups that I do about tanning, so I will spare you the sermon. To prep for my friend's wedding, I signed up for a monthly membership intending to cancel after one month. Three months later, I still can't seem to end this relationship because being tan is just too great. I've been here enough now that I feel like I've probably met all of the staff. Everyone who works here is really friendly and accomodating(except one girl who always acts like she is on her lady business, but I refuse to judge this place on one mean mugging employee). The other really nice staff almost make up for mean Jean anyway. I always walk in, so I'm not sure if they take appointments, but I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a bed. This place is clean, has reasonable monthly tanning memberships and somewhat reasonable single visit pricing. The only con is that there tanning lotions are stupid expensive, but that could be true of all places in LV. read more

I paid $35 for a 10 minute tanning bed that the girl working knew absolutely nothing about. Also your supposed to be able to connect your phone to it via Bluetooth but that didn't work either. Once I turned the face tan option off while tanning it wouldn't let me it back on during my session. Rooms are trash too. 1 tiny little mirror about 12 x 12 and it's put up 6ft high on the wall. I'm not an experienced tanner, and this was my first time in one of these places. I signed up on a Monday, so that I could get a couple of sunless tanning sessions in before my wedding on Saturday. I signed up for the sunless tanning and Cristina, was great. Helped me out, explained the details, explained it again, I asked my questions and off I went to do my tanning thing. Seriously, she was NOT going to leave me alone until she made sure I had all my questions answered, and being new to the tanning thing, I really appreciated that! I came back a couple days later with my best friend, and that's when we experienced problems. Wednesday night, the place was dead. Theresa signed us in, but she wasn't friendly in any way and made me feel to be more of a nuisance. The manager came into the store while we were waiting and she never said one word to us either. The booth didn't work, and that was confirmed the next day when I woke up with NO color whatsoever. I would have asked Theresa about the problem that night (I noticed that I didn't hardly feel any of the solution on me), but she was in the back gossiping with the store manager about some employee with an attitude problem. Even when we left, we didn't see them. My issue with the gossip was that it was loud enough that I heard it over the running machine. (My best friend heard them talking about Koby, so apparently, Theresa and the store manager have TWO other employees that they don't like at that store.) I went here for a good few months. I thought this would be a great deal because I only do spray tans and they have monthly unlimited specials. I must say that the customer service was okay but the pricing and everything is off. If your a person who likes to spray tan, I wouldn't do mystic tanning that they offer. Though it seems like a good deal its better for you and your skin to just do airbrush tanning. Don't rely on my comment if you are a bed tanner, I only did the mystic. Plus sometimes the mystic tanning would my skin turn orange-ish! Trust me not a good look for anyone! Even though airbrush is more expensive it's so much better for you and your skin and plus airbrush makes you look nice and even! I go to Classic Mobile Airbrush Tanning. it took me a long time to sign up for a tanning salon.. i was deciding between a couple of different ones in town and finally decided to settle for a chain. i chose this one because the locations were very convenient.. plus they were very nice to me every time i went in and the price was ok. (i think tanning is expensive in general) i do a level 3 bed.. and i enjoy it a lot. my tan is very natural. moreover, i never had to wait for a bed at this (or any other) location. the girls are nice although some of them could be more knowledgeable. on the other hand, i think everyone needs to do their own research when it comes to the matters of their bodies, such as tanning overall, very good salon & chain, would recommend it! read more
