The front girl I didn't catch her name (works at 4pm cst) went thru the process and got me set up with new lotions and ready to go. Brought daughter back to get her started too she was impressed. I will say the girl who came in for I think the 5pm shift was definitely not welcoming she came in while I was waiting for the other girl to show my daughter the beds. Had she been there when I came to resign up I would not have. She didn't even acknowledge while I stood there while the nice girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) . the 5pm girl was very rude and even after asking questions to the other girl just was arrogant and very BUT wouldn't hold that against the 4pm girl.4pm girl deaerves raise explained everything, took care of other guests while getting me taken care of but 5pm girl is a no. The spray booth is thoroughly cleaned. I didn't see any uneven splotches. Which I was nervous about because I wore the wrong clothes and thought I ruined it. The employees are usually sitting in a back office, chatting. When people come in, they say they need to go clean a room. However, they sometimes only change out the towels and goggles! Sometimes you either have to wait or tan at a lower level if the beds are occupied. There is ample parking and the staff is friendly. This is the closest location to my house, so I use it more often than some of the larger locations. A side note - they wil try to sell you the most pricey lotion, upwards of $100 a bottle, and make it seem as though your skin will perish without it. I have bought tanning lotion a few times from Sally Beauty supply across the street, but do still by from Palm Beach when I forget. Sally carries a small supply at a fraction of the cost.,
