Once in the room I was not given any instructions other than pointing where things were such as cream, hair net, etc. No feet pads, nose plugs, ear plugs, etc were provided. After I asked another gal for some q-tips which she kindly brought me. Since I got the rapid I could shower in 1-3 hrs, no more than 4 hrs. I showered 3 hours post, no soap, no scrub, just like you're supposed to, and I feel like I didn't even get a tan. I'm hoping it may develop a bit overnight but I'm extremely disappointed in the result and my experience.

I got a lash lift from Tori on 3/2/19…read more It was my first time getting a lash lift, so I didn't know what to expect. The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.
