For one. When I called to get appt. I had told the lady I had a real bad experience the last time I…read morehad my hair done. It had been 2 years. So I m real particular about who does my hair. So I went . Not to my knowledge She had scheduled me with someone that only had their student license. But I had showed the girl doing my hair 2 pictures several times how I wanted my highlights and how I wanted it cut. So she started foiling my hair from the neck line. Which should of been starting at my crown. Then I stopped her after 2 foiks and ask her how are u suppose to get my highlights in bigger chunks and not alot of little tiny strands I knew she was wrong . I wanted chunks not huge chunks. And I wanted it to frame my face. Then she turned me away from mirror and they kept going on about h I w good it looked over and over and over again. So I knew she had messed my hair up. Then she sat not facing mirror . Blowed dried my hair and ask me if I wanted it curled. Then I turned around and seen my hair. It was so fried. U couldn't even see the highlights.
