Front desk associate named, Desire Lopez was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes after every word…read more She also kept putting an emphasis on her being the "skin care girl so she doesn't know." I could tell there was some tension between her and another associate who went off to lunch. This manner is uncalled for, and I shouldn't have to tolerate being treated unfairly due to staff shortages or disagreements. Compression you can do your legs or arms for 30 minutes-1 hour. I chose my legs for 30-minutes. You will use two sleeves for your legs. This felt like controlled pressure on/off of my legs. The listed benefits are Improved lymphatic function and circulation, reduced muscle aches and pain. Improved flexibility and mobility, Increased athletic performance and reduced recovery time. Red light therapy is for 20-minutes and you have the option to wear the complimentary eye covers but it's recommending to just soak in the red light during the treatment. After both sessions I felt relaxed and my muscles felt good. I've been working out every day and I've been feeling sore and a bit fatigued. Hoping I can sleep better after the treatments. The facility itself is spacious and clean. There's light music and tv's displaying scenic views throughout the building. There's complimentary water + blankets if needed. This location is conveniently located in the Joseph's market plaza, so it's plenty of parking.

This wellness center is incredible. I was first greeted by the manager Ana and was shown all the…read moredifferent services that they have available. My first impression was, this place is soo clean and spacious! The infrared sauna was my first stop. The timing and heat was perfect. I felt the heat coming off of me and was completely bearable. My next stop was the infrared red light. This always makes me feel like I can see so much better afterwards. Definitely recommend this for so many reasons, from reducing inflammation to having healthier skin. I did the cryotherapy and just in case you're tired of cold plunges or just can't bare them (like me sometimes) this is a great alternative to get even more benefits since you breath in the air and it gets all over your body. Very powerful. The last thing I tried was the leg compressions. We hold so much pain from emotions in our hips and legs. This felt very therapeutic. They also have lots of iv therapy that I did not try. Overall, I would highly recommend this wellness center as they seem to cover almost all the basis.

Dr Wendy took time addressing my health concerns and placed me on a targeted protocol. After just a few weeks i started to feel better. The staff has also been a very pleasant experience.

Did not like Dr Ghandi at all. Everyone else in the clinic seemed nice and helpful, but Ghandi was…read morefake, snooty, brittle, and unconcerned. She quickly read over my description of symptoms, diagnoses and supplements, while ! spoke about them. She sort of rudely cut me short asking "how can i best help you?" "I just spent 40 mins listening to your complaints" she commented at one point, as if that was wasting her precious time! Isn't elaborating on your health issues exactly the point of the intake during a first appointment?? Isn't that her job to find this out, during our limited one hour, $400 dollar consult? Ghandi came off like a machine, very fast (too much coffee!?), cold, seemed totally lacking empathy (arguably the most important quality in a doctor), and proceeded to overwhelm me with about a dozen handouts, (without adequately and clearly explaining them!) touting products/treatments/therapies for my health issues that ran into hundreds of dollars right off the bat, that naturally, they sell or provide in the office. It was only then that she ordered a comprehensive lab panel to be done at Quest. And I felt like the minute I told her I needed to be ''budget conscious, she she was became even more bitchy and dismissive, as if ok, 'this patient doesn't have deep pockets, and can't afford us, so buh-bye.' The whole visit seemed incredibly impersonal, and I left feeling wham- bam- thank- you ma'amed, overwhelmed, and not feeling at all confident about getting my health issues being helped by her anytime soon. Got the distinct impression this clinic is set up to make money for whomever owns it. Positioned just over the bridge from Palm Beach, it would seem only those "on the Island" could hope to afford the exorbitant fees, supplements and treatments they purvey. Are they getting to the root cause for any of their patients? I don't know, but you WILL spend A LOT of money from the get-go if you follow these doctors' seemingly impersonal, fomulaic one- size- fits -all advice. $800 for a doctor to merely order tests and then sell you their formulas seems like a rip off, no?
