Not only do they provide dry cleaning services but they also have in house alterations. I was finally able to fix a bunch of clothes I had in a bag for months just lying in my car. The alterations came out great. The clothes looked brand new. My only negative comment is that they are a bit pricey but what can you expect since its in the Coral Gables/West Miami area.

They changed the way they operate this location:…read more They took away their machines and personnel and now send everything to another main store and get it cleaned there and then they send it back. Takes about 4-5 days to get the dry clean done. They over complicated the process of simple dry cleaning by cutting their operations cost (I understand, business gotta stay afloat) but in my honest opinion they will be losing more business this way... They just lost mine.

We just got off of the Norwegian Escape and needed to get some laundry done. Thought we'd try out…read morethis place based on a previous review. Five of us came here on a Saturday afternoon. Larry the laundry attendant greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcomed us in. He seemed very giddy to see non-locals roll through. Larry gave us advice on which machines to use, how to use them, and how to load $$ on the laundry cards. Very friendly guy! The place itself was very big. LOTS of washers and dryers. It was reasonably clean, but definitely a little worn. I saw a few machines out of order and some video games not in service. Oddly there's a pool table in the middle of the place; not sure if it was usable though. We were in and out in about 90 minutes. Most loads took about 30 minutes and drying took about 20 minutes. A load costs between $3-$5 depending on the size of the machine. Dryers were about $0.50 for 10 minutes. You'll need about 20 minutes of drying time per load. We brought our own laundry detergent as well. All in all, it was a smooth experience. Larry made the whole ordeal worth the Yelp review. That dude is funny as well as helpful. This place is in the inner city, so some might consider the neighborhood a little sketch. Larry joked about that. Lol. I was just happy I now had clean underwear for the rest of my stay in Miami.
