I had to call the police on someone who was parked in their lot and honked for 2 hours, to harass a tenant. Landlords DO NOT fix anything. The HOA doesn't fix anything. They charge HOA fees and it seems like it all end up in the pockets of the office. If you are any race other than Spanish, you will be brushed off by any concerns you have here and banded against by the families that live here as they want to keep it this way. The plot twist is that the "parking enforcement" called the towing company who ran the tag and confirmed it was in fact NOT expired, but up to date. Towed the car anyways. We contacted the towing company, who told us that the office would just need to call them and tell them it's OK to release the car to us without paying fees... we went to the office and the lady who runs the office wouldn't even come out and speak to us. So now we are getting stuck with an almost $300 towing bill for literally nothing. You cannot convince me this is not a scam and you cannot convince me that these people are not getting kickbacks from the towing company! Just a bunch of greedy scammers.

She is not trustworthy and extremely unprofessional. She allows people to come and go freely where our belongings are kept, and when items go missing, she tells us to "look for them ourselves." She is disrespectful, rude, and has a bad attitude toward both me and other residents. Because of her negligence and lack of professionalism, several residents have not been able to find their belongings. Most of the time, she is sitting on her chair talking on the phone instead of doing her job. When we ask her any question, she raises her voice and tries to start arguments.
