The quality of the zippers are stellar and even after 3 years they still glide like butter. So happy I saved the bag so I'll know where to shop the next time we make it to that area again. They falsely advertised that any purchase at this store would qualify for a tax refund at the airport via Global Blue. They give me the papers after my very expensive purchase, and I submitted everything successfully to Global Blue. I waited 2 months for the refund from global blue and nothing came. I finally emailed and heard back from global blue on my receipt and they said that Tramontano is NOT registered as active with global blue to qualify for the refund. It's been 6 months, I never received a refund, the store is ignoring any correspondence via email and will not assist in resolving this issue. Fraudulent establishment with terrible customer service and false advertising. Shameful and I will continue to fight for a refund. Reported also to authorities- spend your money somewhere else.
