AWFUL company- not registered as active with global blue though heavily advertised when you walk into the store. I purchased a handbag there in August of 2022- 6 months ago, and have never heard back from this establishment with an solution. They falsely advertised that any purchase at this store would qualify for a tax refund at the airport via Global Blue. They give me the papers after my very expensive purchase, and I submitted everything successfully to Global Blue. I waited 2 months for the refund from global blue and nothing came. I finally emailed and heard back from global blue on my receipt and they said that Tramontano is NOT registered as active with global blue to qualify for the refund. It's been 6 months, I never received a refund, the store is ignoring any correspondence via email and will not assist in resolving this issue. Fraudulent establishment with terrible customer service and false advertising. Shameful and I will continue to fight for a refund.
