Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Dangerous--Twice Is Too Many…read more After seven years on the same pain medication--prescribed as part of my husband's ongoing Workers' Comp case--we faced yet another denial, this time with less than half a day of medication left. Anyone who understands opioid regulation knows timing matters. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it was dangerous. The system is already stacked against patients: * Workers' Comp can deny a claim three times, with two-day gaps. * Pharmacies like CVS won't speak to the comp office. * New York only allows a refill two days early. * The doctor's script must be 100% accurate. With no time left, we turned to the firm hired to help us. That's when Debra hung up on us and said, "Maybe your addiction is already kicking in." This would be appalling if it were the first time. But it wasn't. This is the second time this firm has responded to a serious issue with disrespect, carelessness, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor: don't just walk away--RUN. This firm does not treat clients like people. They treat them like problems to be managed--or ignored.

When the courts opened, a lawyer from this firm contact me to let me know that we would be going to trial in February 2023.We went to trial and the lawyer that represented me, said we lost the case. I felt in my heart that they failed me. I asked for copies of the case and they never gave me a copy. I finally went down to the court to see what the status of my case was and I see that there was $100,000 on the table for this case. It stated that the plaintiff would get $100,000 and I they put white out on the paper to make it say $0. The lawyer said the case was over, but they went back to court four times since they the trial was over. I'm really disturbed by the behavior of this company. I'm currently looking in to writing to the United States Supreme Court for further assistance
