They kept pressing and I eventually agreed. I had surgery on my left shoulder. I went to Physical Therapy for one year. The pain still persist and I went back to Physical Therapy. The lawyers couldn't go to court because Covid had hit the United States. When the courts opened, a lawyer from this firm contact me to let me know that we would be going to trial in February 2023.We went to trial and the lawyer that represented me, said we lost the case. I felt in my heart that they failed me. I asked for copies of the case and they never gave me a copy. I finally went down to the court to see what the status of my case was and I see that there was $100,000 on the table for this case.
