Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Dangerous--Twice Is Too Many…read more After seven years on the same pain medication--prescribed as part of my husband's ongoing Workers' Comp case--we faced yet another denial, this time with less than half a day of medication left. Anyone who understands opioid regulation knows timing matters. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it was dangerous. The system is already stacked against patients: * Workers' Comp can deny a claim three times, with two-day gaps. * Pharmacies like CVS won't speak to the comp office. * New York only allows a refill two days early. * The doctor's script must be 100% accurate. With no time left, we turned to the firm hired to help us. That's when Debra hung up on us and said, "Maybe your addiction is already kicking in." This would be appalling if it were the first time. But it wasn't. This is the second time this firm has responded to a serious issue with disrespect, carelessness, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor: don't just walk away--RUN. This firm does not treat clients like people. They treat them like problems to be managed--or ignored.

Check all…read moreof their sites, you have to get their approval to leave a testimonial which is against every single moral and ethical guidelines. Me associate attorney, Evan Lloyd, was absolutely spectacular, you could not ask for a kinder, more genuine guy. I tried to persuade him to leave this firm because he just does not fit in. I am a former federal agent, I received a call from Noah Passer one day out of the blue. Never heard of him, had no idea who he was, never, ever heard his name before in my life. He began speaking to me with such complete disrespect, to the point I asked thim to calm down and said to him that I am not his child. He went on and on like a toddler having a total temper tantrum and mental breakdown I could not even make out his yelling. He began threatening me and continued screaming and yelling to the point I had no choice but to end the call. A few days later I go to my orthopedic doctors appointment where I have physical therapy right after. They inform me that Alex Schulman, a partner of Schulman & Hill had contacted them and instructed them to no longer see me as a patient. I asked them why they would listen to him as they are doctors who took an oath and have obligations under that oath but they said to me in not so many words that they get a lot of business from Alex, this was CitiMed, so do not got them either. Next thing I know they are demanding I sign paperwork stating the reason we are cutting ties is because "I" have issues communicating with them. Of course I refused so they contacted 3 more of my doctors trying to do the same thing, thankfully those 3 doctors called me immediately and told me that Alex Schulman called them and they would never do that and I should report them to the Bar and the Workers Comp Board which is what I am doing. STAY FAR AWAY, THEY DO NOT LET YOU POST TESTIMONIALS, THAT TELLS YOU EVERYTHING RIGHT THERE.

THEY WILL HELP YOU!…read more I don't often give such high regard and praise when it comes to business, but the team at the law offices of Lee S. Braunstein are nothing short of exceptional! When it comes to being aggressive for the sake of their clients, Mr Lee Braunstein, his daughter Jessica, and the entire staff makes sure that those who have been injured and are currently on workers compensation are being properly accommodated professionally and covered medically. From my experience, the workers compensation system is decent in NY, but not always fair to meet the needs of the individual who was hurt on the job. No matter what the issue or question is that you may have while on workers compensation, whether you are still working light duty or are home on 100% disability, the team at the law offices of Lee S. Braunstein is fully equipped, capable, and highly professional enough to assist you in any way, shape, or form. They have your back (literally, I needed spinal surgery!); and sometimes it's good to know that you have an attorney who is actually PERSONALLY INVESTED in your case and situation. Not many people. let alone attorneys, possess the qualities of empathy, honor, loyalty, and justice...and it's good to see that in 2018, some people still care enough to help others. I give the Law Offices of Lee S Braunstein 5 stars for their abilities and professionalism towards their clients. Thank you. James D. Miraglia
