Las mejores paletas, las creativas a otro Nivel!!
    Jesus A.

Comimos la de Nutella "Wow so good!!" Y yo una de keto!! Sabor Sabor Cerca de todo, un tremendo ambiente familiar. Lo RECOMIENDO!!! Riquísimo!!

Good service and food. The ambiance was the one more appealing to buy the ice cream. The variety was also great.

First day in Puerto Rico, and after a long flight / morning, we just wanted a simple breakfast. We…read morestopped by this place since it was close to where we would be staying. It was dim inside, which created a cooler environment. Their menu mostly consists of breakfast sandwiches and drinks (coffees). I went with their ham and cheese sandwich. They asked me which of two breads I wanted: tostado o sobao and if I wanted mayonnaise or butter. I asked which bread is more popular and she said sobao since its more buttery and softer and I opted for the mayonnaise. After ordering, I was given a beeper, so when it went off, it meant my food was ready. We took a seat and noticed the art on the walls. After about 7-10 minutes, my food was ready. It was a pretty decent sized sandwich, cut in half. The cheese was perfectly melted and the bread was slightly toasted. The bread was soft as mentioned, and a tad bit sweet. The ham was savory and delicious. I do think the mayonnaise helped give everything more flavor. The paper they wrapped the sandwiches with was cool; it almost looked like newspaper but it wasn't. My friends ordered other versions of sandwiches and tried the empanadas and coffee - all of them were satisfied. I would highly recommend based off flavor as well as customer service. We felt at home, and one of the staff members was patient with my friend practicing her Spanish.

We went on a Monday around 10 am for a brunch. We ordered two Cubano sandwiches, two waffles with…read morefruit & nutella, and a plate of bacon and eggs. We also had coffee, hot chocolate and milk. The Cubanos (no mayo, yes butter, mustard and pickles) were _delicious_. 5/5. They were also huge. The waffles were really great, too. Everything else was good. The place was comfortable, cosy, nicely decorated (the Yelp photos are a bit dated). The people were nice, and helpful. And the prices were average. So, all in all, a really nice impression. Definitely a good place to go.

This is a small business operating out of 2 locations: Canton Mall, & Santa Rosa Mall both located…read morein Bayamon. It's a small kiosk inside the mall. The owner & operator Carmen is a very nice lady and offers friendly customer service. She offers fruit smoothies & frappes made-to-order. She also sells ginger lemonade and guanabana juice. I like that she uses FRESH fruit, not frozen fruit. She also sells hummus and guava with cheese, a local Puerto Rican dish. I go there for the Frozen Bananas though. She takes a frozen banana, dips it in milk chocolate, and you can choose the toppings of sprinkles, almonds or coconut flakes. It's the perfect treat for anyone who has a sweet tooth, like me. It really hits the spot, and it's way cheaper than an ice cream ($7 for Ben & Jerry's or Cold Stone-- that's ridiculous!! I'd rather buy my discounted movie ticket for ladies at Plaza Las Americas/Plaza Del Sol on Wednesdays with that money). Anyway, it's nice to finally have a business offering something on the healthier side for those of us living in JUNK FOOD town, a.k.a BAYAMON. It's all fast food here, which is why I hardly eat out in Bayamon. I just wish that she offered more juices, and green juice as well. But she has to cater to her market, and the general population here only likes anything laden with sugar. I'm more health conscious, so my taste buds are very sensitive. I usually tell Carmen not to add any sugar if I get a frappe-- but she usually adds brown sugar and cinnamon to the smoothies, so if you're picky like I am, tell her how you want it & she'll be more than happy to accommodate. Oh yea, and I wish she offered the frozen bananas in DARK CHOCOLATE :( One thing I don't like (which has nothing to do with the business) is the mouthy and nosy customers (the locals). If you're not From Here, you'll find that Puerto Ricans are generally nice people, and they will strike up a conversation with you anywhere you go. One time this lady told me her whole life story while I was waiting to pay my water bill. Like bruh, I'm just here trying to pay my bill man. I don't care about your problems. Anyway, since Carmen's business is a kiosk & not a walk-in establishment, she gets A LOT of these customers who just like to hang around and talk your ear off. I just pretend like I don't speak Spanish so that they'll leave me alone. Other than that, it would be nice if she had some chairs so that customers could sit & enjoy their food. But I totally understand trying to get customers moving along. So it's more of a grab-&-go kinda food. The business' Facebook page is: https://www.facebook.com/cp-FROZENBANANAS-264405597225803/

It's hard to say anything bad about this place!…read more The line is long, but it's full of excitement and gawking at everyone's gelato and seeing their faces when they take their first taste. Also, the line moves pretty quickly. At $7.19 for the regular (two flavors), it's not cheap (PR McDonald's vanilla ice cream cone is $0.99 for comparison!), but it's definitely worth doing (at least) once. The flavors are all extremely unique and it's a mystery what may be in a specific flavor (e.g. Pavlova and mixed berries), but you can try to your heart's content for free. In the end, I doubt there is a "bad" flavor. My favorites were cookieman (like Oreo cookies in a vanilla base) and chocolate cookie. Pistachio was good, but a taster would have sufficed. Sadly, they did not have a mint and chip!

We did not realize how popular it was until seeing how long the line was and how many locations they have around the world. I was overwhelmed with all the flavors they have, but luckily they let you have samples of the ones you are interested in before committing to it. I will also mention that they have a lot of unique flavors which makes it really hard to decide. I was reading on their website that this business started 20 years ago on a smaller scale at home, with Anita (mom) making jams and toppings and her son making the base. Despite the line being long, it went by really quick and time flew by looking at the menu while waiting. They offer 5 different sizes - 3 single serve and 2 designed for take away - and do give you an option between cup or cone. I ended up getting the regular size which appears to be a small cup but they do a good job of filling it. It came with up to two flavors so I chose the cookies and cream and a white chocolate pretzel thing. I think between the commotion of ordering and all the people, there was a miscommunication in one of the flavors I ended up with since it tasted different from the sample but it was still good. The regular cost $7.90 and each size after is a little under $2 more. There is seating in the back, but we took it to go and instead went to go sit in the pigeon park nearby. The staff was very nice, and managed orders well despite there being so many people with different requests.
