I did not snap a pic of the menu so I don't recall the exact name. It comes over a melted cheese sauce that requires a good stirring when it arrives at the table. This did not disappoint, it was delicious and of course, some great homemade noodles to bring it home. The house salad was good and fresh, bread was hard but perfectly soft when eaten with the oil and vinaigrette. We sat in the outdoor seating, it's in a lovely main square area in the heart of this castle town.
