You can rent a cabana and eat and drink all day for MUCH less than you'd pay in many other resort towns. We had 6 adults and 2 children and ended up with a bill of around $900 TL. There is a pool as well as the beach- pool has lounge hairs and dining area, beach has enclosed swimming area and pier for jumping/ boat mooring and showers at both. the restaurant area is nice too, with lots of menu options for food and drink. Our server (for all three visits over a two week period) was wonderful. The only area for improvement is that I wish the bathrooms had been cleaned more regularly (they were fine in the morning but less so in the afternoon) and some pavement areas still in progress near the pool. Wish I could do 4 1/2 stars. Will definitely return and definitely recommend!!!

Small island, but beautiful clear blue waters, SUPER soft sand (heavily monitored so people don't take the sand because it can only be found in Egypt), and ruin remains along the entire island. I mean I guess if that were my personal island, wouldn't consider it so small! haha, If you're in Marmaris, definitely worth checking out!

Great spot for a lazy hot summer's day or a quick dip into the salty waters of the Mediterranean. The beach is connected to a cafe/restaurant which provides umbrellas, beach chairs and refreshments. It was 50TL ($25) to even get in to use the beach and then each drink on top of that was what you would expect at a night club (at least $7 for a beer if I remember correctly). Instead of coming here, I would definitely recommend checking out Bitez instead. It's closer to Bodrum (which is probably where you're starting out) and it's free to use the water. The water at Bitez isn't as nice as Xuma - Xuma's water is honestly amazing - but I just don't think it's worth getting to Xuma and paying what you have to pay.
