It's the Semmes Law Firm at his office in Foley, but they also have an office in Fairhope. Marc and the ladies here are very friendly, patient and make you feel welcome. But most importantly Marc himself is very personal, is a good listener and knows his stuff. He spent a lot of time with us, discussing our needs and what we wanted to accomplish with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, etc. always looking to the future and planning for most of the potential variables that would reflect us and eventuay our beneficiaries. The time spent was very gracious, he answered every one of our questions, made some excellent recommendations, and the cost overall was very fair, indeed less than anticipated. We are very pleased with the outcome. Bottom line: For a smart personar guy that really listens to your situation and has answers, I highly recommend Semmes Law Firm and Marc Semmes. https://semmeslaw.com/ Important note: all of the GPS apps including Google maps will not bring you to the correct address for this office. It brings you to a completely different Street quite a ways from where the office is actually located. To get here you would go east on highway 98 off of highway 59 and go just passed the Chinese restaurant and look for the office on the right in a white brick plaza.

Because of how I was treated with the first case, when I was hit in an accident I called Zarzaur Law to represent me. I had tried Chiropractic and pain management but still had problems. My former wife was requesting to move to Alaska with our child and her military husband. Mr. Holman was extremely professional, calm, and thorough. He was not only able to keep the custody 50/50, as I was seeking, but ultimately, through his work, it was discovered the military orders my former wife had filed the relocation with had been canceled months before she filed the relocation, meaning she had filed with stale and invalid documents!! He was always available to ease my concerns, answer my questions, and was great in the final hearing. I will say it did cost me $15000 but it was honestly worth every penny because my child is more than worth it. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a professional, cool as ice, and thorough attorney.

I called Michles and Booth, because of the ad I heard on the radio about Brian Carter. I thought my issues were so small I never thought Mr. Carter, would talk to me, or that I actually needed a lawyer. But I was wrong. Mr. Carter did sit down with me and talk with about the issues I was having at work, and how I was feeling worried, scared, and frighten about the situation of filing this work comp claim. I was always able to call Mr. Carter, and talk with him, or leave him a message and he would call me back. Or I had the option to talk with his assistant Twanda. She is AMESOME!! She listens, asks questions, talks to you as if you are the most important part of her day. We texted, emailed, and talked on the phone. If need be, she would have Mr. Carter call me back. Twanda, is so easy to talk with and share my fears with. Sarida, came in on my case at the end or closing of my case. She was a great help! Sometimes the things we were talking about went so fast at the end. I would have to say ohh hold on, can you repeat that or explain that to me again. I could just see the smile on her face, even though we were on the phone. I never knew there would be so many different things I would have to do to close my case. and Sarida, is kindhearted and patient in explaining things and I enjoyed working with her as well.
