I learned about Josefina through a friend who was referred to Josefina by an estate manager in Houston. I was very pleased with the work Josefina and her staff did for us this tax season. Josefina is a lovely person who knows her stuff...she asked all the right questions and was well-prepared for our concerns. Josefina's work was completed in a prompt, precise, and professional manner, and it was done at a reasonable cost. My husband and I are delighted to have learned about Josefina, and look forward to working with her and Gilbert again.

Was told the fees associated with getting my vehicle back after having it repossessed would be…read moreincluded in the Ch. 13 Bankruptcy repayment. Both Kevin Lambert & Patricia Gomez were aware that the money used to file for bankruptcy was all I had. I found out my vehicle was never even scheduled for delivery per my creditor and the attorney didn't get back to me until a WEEK later. By that time his best advice was to pay to refile. The vehicle was necessary in order for the Ch. 13 repayment plan to be successful. Little Timmy suggested I pay the fees to get it out of repo even though this was not the information I was given prior to paying the fees to file for bankruptcy and both Kevin & Patricia were aware of my financial situation and had informed me that any delivery or fees associated with the repossession would be included as part of the repayment. They failed to communicate in a timely manner, failed to provide me with correct information and were even blatantly dishonest in regards to informing me the vehicle had been scheduled for home delivery and as a result my case was dismissed. They failed to take any responsibility for their shortcomings and instead blamed me for not paying the fee to get it out of repo despite not having the money and being told any fees would be included as a part of the bankruptcy repayment. They then blamed me for the Ch. 13 being dismissed as a result of not getting in paperwork when it was irrelevant because without the vehicle I had no way to follow through with the repayment plan. These individuals hide behind ego and believe that they can get away with this type of behavior. Do not use this firm for bankruptcy. I was not unfamiliar with bankruptcy yet they did not do right by me and as a result it left me in a far worse position. They ripped me off and they will be held accountable.
