There used to be a time this was my favourite kebab place in the world. Especially back in the day thirty plus years ago when it was a proper Turkish restaurant with waiters in bow ties. Then it changed into its current iteration and its a sign of its success to still be there run by the same guy who used to serve when he was a kid.
Recently though when I've been on the last three occasions it just hasn't been the same, the kebab was filled with red cabbage and the lamb was a lot fattier and saltier then before. So either my taste buds have changed or the kebab supplier has changed. read more
