They would not even review video footage, or contact police, and they have no reimbursement insurance, only insurance for their liability. When I asked to speak with her manager, the "owner" Genie gets on the phone and becomes very aggressive with me and then started saying things out loud like I was threatening her (for people on her end of phone)...I told her the call was being recorded, just like the call/confirmation with Rosie was.
