The staff went above and beyond: they gave him free bottled water and a dessert to take with him. They even generously offered me a fruity drink and a dessert to go as well. I shared John 3:16 with the man through Google Translate, because this verse was the catalyst for these moments of love: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." Because of God's love for me, I was free to love this man. And seeing that act of love inspired the staff to show kindness too, going out of their way for two strangers. The food was simply delicious: the dosa was super tasty, as well was the sambhar, idlis and appams. It was actually so good (and affordable), I came in twice a day. I will definitely come back next time when I am in Paris.
