I was allotted 4 hours of cleaning for $122.00. I don't mind when someone is done early as long as they do what I pay them to do, however, the last time a cleaner named Amanda came to my house, she spent ONE HOUR and missed an entire room. The cleaning job was so bad, I had to go behind her and clean floors, scrub tubs, etc. When I let the owner, Mason, know about it, he assured me that my money would be refunded for that "cleaning". That was on May 2nd. It's now May 22nd and no sign of the refund, which makes me question their integrity. I would not recommend Hattiesburg Maids, aka: 'Lofty Prospect Properties, LLC.

This is definitely not the way to do business and I will find another tree service that at least has some common courtesy.

He showed up every week and charged us for chemicals, but we recently discovered that the proper chemicals were not being added and our salt level was essentially nonexistent. When our pool suddenly developed significant algae, we had the water professionally tested at a reputable pool supply company. We also checked our pool filters and discovered they had apparently never been cleaned--they were absolutely filthy. We have since taken over the maintenance ourselves, cleaned the filters, and properly balanced the pool, and the difference is remarkable. Our pool is now cleaner and clearer than it has been in a long time. It is extremely disappointing to realize we were paying for services and chemicals that apparently were not being provided.
