Perfection painting, (Troy Kelly Owner) came highly recommended. Troy was contacted, contract signed and work began in earnest. Troy replaced the rotten woods, cocked all the water leaking sides and applied coats and coats of fresh paint. Now I have one of the best looking house in the neighborhood. The paint crew mask off for the different colors, back rolled, and did an excellent job of trimming. They were to pull out 3 door frames in walkout basement and re-install them to stop the leaking…read morefrom under the threshold, 2 were fixed, one still leaks even after they came back but didn't do anything to stop the water leaking in, claim I needed storm doors on my house. I have 5 doors on that floor, 3 more on the main floor, NONE have storm doors, nor do I want them...Then they were to caulk any seams, sand loose old paint and dig out and fill any rotted wood on my trim and paint the trim on complete house. They refused to fix the leaking door, painted over rotted wood, and didn't sand and fill on most of the windows, only sanded 3 windows! I would stay away from these guys, there's so many others that do good work, they seem to only want your money then they are gone! NOT WORTH THE UPSET! I now have hired another company to do the job where they failed, and I will now need to file a court case against this company, I even gave them a chance to make it right, had my attorney write a letter to them last month, now attorney has called several times only to be finally told they were not coming back to honor their warranty. I NO LONGER TRUST THIS COMPANY! !

I paid around $6,500 to have my house repainted (including scraping, sanding, caulking, and repairs to water damaged trim). First of all, the crew smoked so much weed while working that the neighbors complained. They barely scraped any cracked or peeling paint. Sanded nothing. So now a year and a half later, I have multiple code violations for cracked and peeling paint from the city. No care was taken to mask off areas that weren't supposed to be painted. They sprayed my gutters, garage door, gas meter, mail box. They missed areas all together. Spilled and run off paint. They painted over stained woodwork and bricks. Trim was only painted on one side. I thought they were going to finish the back and sides the same. So after they got paid they never came back. I didn't really want to tell a friend that this was the worst job I had ever seen. So I ask him multiple times to come out and finish the sides and back. "Antonio" keeps telling me he is busy and will come out when he can. This goes on for a while. I get a new ticket for cracked a peeling paint from the city so I message him again. This time more aggressive. He acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. First they don't do trim. Then they did do the trim and it's white. Then later that they only do the front and the sides cost more. So "Antonio" does stop by the house and we talk face to face. I walk him around the house and show him everything. He gives me his word that he will come on Sunday and "make it right". The night before he messages me that I will have to pay more for labor and that the back and sides weren't included. Basically pay more or I'm screwed. Any way I didn't want to bad mouth anybody but a couple of crank heads could have done this quality of work. And for a lot less money. My main contact was Antonio (which isn't even his real name) but Mario and another guy were there and did the same trash work. And scare me for trying to support a friends business. This was a four day job and they arrived exactly on time each day and efficiently worked to accomplish what they needed to (then left for the day, so probably only in the house about 4 hrs/day) - two days of prep/ painting, a day to dry and final day to ensure everything looked great and reassemble the island. They were meticulous about ensuring anything around the painted area wouldn't be damaged (ie: counter tops, floors). They also took our cabinet to be paint matched so we didn't have to worry about it. The team was incredibly kind and so professional, would absolutely hire again!

Other two levels on top are 10' ceilings. It's tall, it's tough to paint. From the paint crew, there was virtually no paint prep beyond pressure washing the house before spraying with paint. The caulk around the windows has already failed three months later, nail holes are clearly visible, our metal roof is dented everywhere they stood and put ladders on it, our agreement that they would remove and replace all rotten wood amounted to the crew taking out one board and leaving enough shrapnel of that board on our roof to clog the gutter twice. They did take out another board when called back out. I think we need to completely repaint the house. Incredibly disappointed. We called them out I think three times to fix damage and re-caulk nail holes and still.... it just looks crappy. I should have turned back when I found out there was no contract to sign.

He sent me a estimate and I approved the estimate and we set a date. 2 days before he was to come I sent a text and asked him when he wanted the colors we choose......Nothing!!! No text, no phone call no nothing. So it looks like this company is not honest not trustworthy not responsible. Save yourself some time and money and go with someone else that's honest.
