His price was very reasonable and he even caulked around the foundation. We were very please with everything Ryan did. He was easy to work with and always arrived promptly. He supervised his other worker well. Two years later we had some peeling around the south window. We asked Ryan to come back and check those areas. Since I am not a professional painter, I don't buy huge quantities of paint. This doesn't effect the level of service I am given at all. Something that can't be said for all paint stores. As if their high level of customer service isn't enough to keep me coming back, I love the paint that they sell. Goes on perfectly and even years after painting still looks great. I have repainted the interior of our whole house and never have had a problem with any of the colors I have used. They can even match colors of random paint chips you bring in. The scheduled meeting was at 7:30 this morning. I took off work which I usually head in about 5am. At 7:50 I make a call to find out where the guy was who was going to look at the project. I was told he had to run to the office early this morning and is on the phone right now. .......... Soooo my time is not worth anything? If a person forgot the appointment I can understand. But I was told differently and as I hung up on them I heard him asking if they could reschedule. A little late for that. Very inconsiderate. I'll be going another direction.
