We paid them to buy the materials needed and, after months of waiting for them to start the job and constantly reaching out to them, they started on the fence but took their time making excuses saying they had other projects to work on. After reaching out a couple of times, New Horizon explained to us that they will not complete the work due to us not paying half of the labor. We were reluctant to pay more money and explained our concerns but, they promised they will complete the fence at a certain date once they received the money. We paid them half of the labor cost and, they did not complete the fence at the timeline we were given. So we ended our services with them and asked them to return the materials we paid for and refund half of what we paid them for the labor. They did not refund the money nor return the material we paid for.

They also did all of the new duct work that was necessary for the rooms. Once again, they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Last year I had issues with a backup in my basement and they came out quickly the same day, cleaned the sewer lines and used a camera in order to determine the issue was actually with the City. They contacted the City for me and followed up with me to be sure the problem was resolved. I recently remodeled my kitchen and they put in the new sink and plumbing required to do so.
