I called up and the woman who I spoke to on the phone so kind and generous with her time and energy. I live out of state in Brooklyn, and didn't want to order something through Teleflora. She handled everything with such grace! She sent me over an invoice to my email that I paid, whipped my mother up a bouquet, and delivered it same day. Such great customer service!! The pricing was mid ranged and I would've spent just as much ordering online. I love supporting a local business whenever possible. The flowers were loved by my mother, it was a beautiful spring floral bouquet. I would totally order again for any time I need flowers. Thank you so much!

They helped me plan my wedding from out of town and by far exceeded our expectations. Joyce customized all the bouquets and floral arrangements - my bouquet was so perfect that people didn't believe they were real flowers! She also went above and beyond decorating the ceremony and reception sites - she took our ideas and made them 1,000 times better than we could have imagined. One of the highlights of the night was our a candy table - she worked with us in picking our favorite red and white candies and did a phenomenal job with the layout. Plus, being out-of-town, a lot of planning was done over the phone or via e-mail. I never bothered looking at example ideas or anything else like that. When I walked into the house the morning of my wedding after getting my hair done, I thought I died. All the bouquets were there and were far more beautiful and stunning than I ever could've imagined. I cried as soon as I saw my bouquet (mostly made up of white hydrangeas and red dahlias). I loved everything about my wedding, but I have to say my flowers really made it all for me. Joyce is so sweet, and really flexible and helpful. She really tries to do exactly what you want- but with her amazing special touch. Plus everything was on time- from bouquet delivery to decorating the church and reception hall. And she's great with regular floral arrangements and bouquets- not just weddings. We use Lavender Goose for everything!
