It does not matter how extensive the issue with your vehicle; Jim is always prepared to handle the situation. He never tries to sell you something you do not need and if he see's an issue while servicing you vehicle, he will let you know what he found and how soon you REALLY need to have it done. He also uses a paint pen and records what was fixed on what date and mileage on the part to alert you and other service providers this problem was fixed and when. He he cannot fix it, he will let you know and also refer you to the appropriate companies for the repair.

When picking it up it overheated within 4 blocks of their shop. I just took it straight to a mechanic with good reviews on here, it was a thermostat and the thermostat housing $149 out the door. Prestige on 3rd Street got one over on me but hey now I know don't use this guy. He misdiagnoses and overcharges.
