My experience with Dr Padda, a pain management doctor, was awful. He was not honest and had no compassion for me or other patients I talked with. I would avoid all his offices. Doesn't give details on what he is doing,doesn't communicate what you are diagnosed with,seems very negative and annoyed if you ask a question.my condition worsened greatly after these so called treatments,I have bone death in my hip bone need a hip replacement,I didn't want to continue with injections because my body is not equipped to handle them as all my serious conditions have worsened.im very dissapointed at myself for continuing my appointments even after knowing I wasn't getting better,no clear plans were made,or changed to benefot myself as a patient at all! I was strongly told I wasn't welcome to come back out of the blue at all aty last visit,after spending just under 10 thousand dollars in cash in last year,because of an insurance issue,I was not referred to anyone,basically I got abandoned as a patient last week!I saw some colors from staff that upset me as I have always been very respectful even though my dosages of meds and pain level were never factored correctly. You will get used folks,they do not care about you,it makes me wonder who's actually benefiting??because I know medication wise the people who needed it didn't get what they needed according to pain level,and the people who desperately needed help with medicine,or otherwise are struggling .to not get a referral,a good luck goodbye or anything is cold cold as ice!tables always turn,one door closes another one opens.watch out for being triple charged on your insurance as well.god sees everything,and he has a way of making the scales even.god bless and heed the warnings everyone,you will not be treated well if your a middle aged woman in pain especially. I went to see this doctor every two weeks for 2 years almost. Everything was ok until he actually told me I wasn't allergic to steroids. I am very allergic to steroids. He said my body produces steroids so there is no way I could be allergic to steroids. Ok... it doesn't take a doctor to know, that natural cortisol is not the same as the synthetic crap they inject you with. IT ISN'T THE SAME THING DR. PADDAH!!. I AM ALLERGIC. Well I went to see him one more time until I saw my regular doctor, she said she called and tried to get my records, she was told I wasn't even a patient there.... really? I was a patient for 2 years yet because I reported wrongful practice all of a sudden my records disappeared and I wasn't a patient. Well, if I am not a patient I guess all of those unpaid medical bills from Medicare aren't mine either. You are a fraud, you don't do as you are supposed to to bill Medicare and Medicaid properly then charge the patient out of pocket. Oh and how you treated your employee in front of patients was also very unprofessional telling her she had to pay out of her pocket for not charging us enough money to be seen in front of a whole room of people. Regarding:  Dr. Gurpreet Padda, St Louis, MO Inaccessible medical records from Dr. Padda. Spent 2 mmin w me. No answer to Q re MRI/ LABS. Inappropriate various mandatory charges. Unfair charges, probably close, if not, illegal. Hired and supervised Physician who inappropriately gave me, via MALPRACTICE, too frequent CAUDAL & other too frequent STEROID injectionsins. Padda is Supervisor of Dr C. According to PADDA, These injections caused excess scar tissue irritating my sciatic nerves (Straight from Padda's mouth upon looking at my chart/examining me). This, resulting in more pain & gadually, every week, less ability to walk. falls. Been @ least 3 months. I've been having trouble walking. I have no choice of getting another PAIN Specialist, due to Padda ignoring my multiple requests for MRs, any information, and ghosting me totally.  Dr. Padda, unlike at the Bridgeton location where I regularly saw Dr. C, made it MANDATORY that I see 3 different specialists in addition to himself:  1) chiropro 2) podiatrist 3) psych, at $35-$40 copayment per specialist, plus Padda's $35 copay EVERY TWO WEEKS.  I am on disability. This is an outrage:  I have no relief whatsoever. At this time I am unable to afford my monthly bills.  Just had Lumbar MRI 3/17/2020. I requested them at least 7 times and my PCP would give me pertinent records for free.  When I regularly saw C at the Bridgeton office, this "requirement" of seeing 3 separate specialists, handpicked by Padda, was NEVER made or even mentioned.  This is a farce of a mandatory "requirement".  I pleaded with his secretary in that approximate 6-8 week period, as above, April & May of 2020,"PLEASE have him or his NP call me as I'm in excruciating pain & taking excessive amounts of Ibuprofen and damaging my kidneys by doing so".  My labs, at least the ones I've had access to by my PCP, show decreasing kidney function with each lab draw.  Early April, Had appt for NP to call me for video appt, NO CALL. Realized she didnt call so told secretary who said sorry & NP'd call later that day. NO CALL. Padda was to call me 1st wk of May b/t 8 AM & 6 PM. NO CALL! Check my call log. Subpoena phone records. NO RESPONSE FROM PADDA 3 MONTHS NOW. 2 MONTHS I BEGGED FOR HELP FROM MY "DR." My pain was/is agonizing and devastating. When I wake up in the AM, I can barely walk.  My gait is noticeably poor. My legs are weakening and I am gradually losing my ability to walk. read more

I went to Dr. Pada's for about a six months. I had recently moved to the St. Louis area from California, and I didn't have many immediate choices. His office is in a slummy part of town. The building is slummy. Sometimes you need a slummy doctor. Sometimes you need to slum. And I did. You will get your medicine from this doctor, if that's what you want. That is, if you aren't a drug abuser seeking medicine to sell or for recreational purposes, you should be able to get your narcotics. That's all I wanted. I have chronic pain, and narcotics help me out instrumentally in attenuating my issues. Missouri is such a conservative state that getting narcotics can be a chore. In California, where I'm from, you can get your medicine easily and you don't have to slum. Pada is cocky. He's a money hungry doctor. He lies all the time, mostly to scare people I think, but also to spread misinformation because he thinks people won't fact check him. He did me the courtesy of filling some psych medicines such as Ativan. I was given the run around almost every time I went in. Sometimes I'd see his physician, sometimes I'd see one nurse practitioner or other, or sometimes, if he was on vacation, I'd see his assistant. Pada has the gall to ask his patients to come in every two weeks. What in God's name should I be asked to come in every two weeks for? In California, I came in once every three months and left with my 120 Hydrocodone/Apap 10/325 in triplicate. Pada was extremely rude to a family member who I had come in with me at one point because I didn't trust the family member waiting alone in his seedy waiting room. This is the worst doctor I've ever seen. He's a quack. He has no bedside manner and has no time to actually listen to your cares and concerns. Yes slummy part of town depending in where you live. I live in the neighborhood. I was having pain with sciatica nerve. Lot of pain. Yes had the back injections and they really helped. Right every two weeks. Im not a junkie or a drug dealer. Long story short went in one day and he came in the office opened my file and said dont think i can help you. This is after seeing him on and off for a couple years. Says you were seen trying to getting urine from someone here. I was in shock. Told him i am not a drug abuser. To find out i was getting my pain med filled at cvs. That was a mistake. He wanted all his scripts filled downstairs. Cvs filled one but said they could not fill anymore. read more

I have suffered from migraine headaches since I was 18 years old. I have been to several different doctors and treatment providers seeking a solution that would finally lend me some type of relief. I have taken all kinds of medication, tried a chiropractor, acupuncture, etc. and nothing seemed to work. One of my co-workers recommended I try to get an appointment with Dr. Padda because he has a special technique that he does specifically for migraine headaches. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The office was packed when I arrived but the staff were friendly and efficient. I had to wait about 15 minutes and they got me right in. Dr. Padda asked me tons of questions regarding the frequency of my headaches, severity, health history, etc. He recommended that we try an SPG - (Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block). Of course, I had no idea what that was so he explained it and it sounded EXTREMELY scary and intimidating. However, given all the pain and discomfort I have went through, i decided to try it. I came back a few days later for the procedure. it was quick and painless and for the best news - it totally worked! I still see Dr. Padda on a regular basis for follow up's and sometimes get Botox, which also helps my headaches immensely. He is a life saver for me. Dr padda is a very patient & helpful doctor. When I first start coming to him it hurt to bend &a pick up my daughter I was in so much pain but through his plan I've lost weight & I can actually work a 8hr shift without wanting to cry because of the pain. I strongly recommend him read more

This Doctor is AMAZING. I have gone to so many other doctors who just tell me what i want to hear. My neck and back has hurt for as long as i remember. I went to Dr. Padda and he honestly told me it was my weight. I know others that would have been hurt by this comment but i was relieved that someone was being honest with me. He put me on a diet and a exercise program and told me to come back in 6 months. 6 months later and 20Lbs lighter my back relief was amazing! All the other doctors ive been to just gave me medicine and shots and now i dont need those! i appreciate everything Dr. Padda has done for me. read more
