There was an urgency to find a new auto policy, especially because it was about to expire. Adam was incredible! We will stick with him for the long haul…read more We had worked with Farmers for the past 4 years and been pretty underwhelmed by their service and prices. I reached out to Adam via email after googling local insurance brokers. My goal was to see if we could increase coverage and manage to save any money in the process. Adam responded almost immediately within a matter of hours from when I sent him a message. This was on a Friday. We corresponded via email fairly quickly so he had what he needed to run numbers for us. He told me he would follow up Monday (the next business day), and he did. Adam was able to save us a significant amount of money AND increase our coverage in a lot of different ways. We had a simple call after I had decided to work with him, and he walked me through everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The idea of changing insurance had felt really daunting and so I had put it off - for quite some time. Adam truly made it as painless as possible, and now I can relax knowing we are covered.

Speaking of bills, one time I had to contact Jeffrey Pellissier's office to ask him why he hadn't sent my bill to me. I received it several days later. I really felt that if Jeffrey's office was this incompetent with the little things... things would probably be much worse if I got into an accident. I asked Farmers Insurance to switch my provider, and they refused. I will never use Farmers again.
