She let me know it would be a week ((A WEEK)) before she could get back to us "because these things take time"... Um, no, they don't take that much time. I let her know I expected to hear back from her by the end of the day. Later that day I was quoted more that $50 less a month with multiple companies for equal or better coverage. When the agent called back later that day she said that what my inlaws were paying was the lowest amount.
